This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and product-delivery problems are handled for digital products and coaching services.

Because downloadable guides, PDFs, courses, and similar digital products are delivered or made accessible immediately, purchases are normally final once access or delivery has been provided.
We will review and correct duplicate charges, a wrong product delivered because of our error, a corrupted or inaccessible file that we cannot replace within a reasonable time, or a refund required by applicable law.
Submit a request through our Contact page within seven days of purchase. Include the purchaser’s name, order number, product, and a description of the issue. Do not include complete payment-card information.
Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. To reschedule or cancel a scheduled session, provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged or treated as used, except when otherwise agreed or required by law.
You may request cancellation of future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not normally create a retroactive or prorated refund for a billing period that has already begun. Any individualized written coaching agreement controls if it provides different terms.
Requests involving unused prepaid coaching will be reviewed based on the applicable coaching agreement, services already delivered, reserved appointment time, and any non-refundable costs disclosed before purchase.
Products purchased from Amazon or another third-party retailer are governed by that retailer’s return and refund policy. SWC does not process refunds for purchases completed on third-party websites.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
