Who’s coaching you
Every exercise you do with me, has a purpose behind it.
The method isn’t complicated: pick the exercises that actually move the needle, do them with control, write the numbers down, and let the numbers decide what happens next.
No 12-week transformation promises. No supplement pitch. No workout I can’t explain.

Book a consult. We talk about where you are, what you want and what it’ll take.

Straight answers
No. If you can get to the gym, you can start. The first session is about where you are now, not where you think you should be.
We talk — goals, schedule, experience, injuries, budget. I tell you what I’d recommend and what it costs. Booking the consult doesn’t book a session and doesn’t charge you anything.
Powerhouse Gym in Aurora. If you train somewhere else nearby, ask — I can sometimes come to you. Online coaching runs through the coaching app: your program, your logs, my adjustments every week.
It depends on what you need — in person or online, how often, and for how long. We settle the number on the consult, before you pay anything, and it stays fixed once agreed. In-person coaching is sold in session blocks, good for six months.
Give me 24 hours and we reschedule, no charge. Less than that, or a no-show, and the session comes off your block.
If you can already train on your own and just want a plan that works, buy the program. If you want someone checking your technique and your numbers, book the consult. The PDFs are the same method with nobody watching.
Your move
Book a consult if you want me in your corner. Buy a program if you’d rather run it alone. Got a question first? Ask it — I answer every one.
