Pick an exercise that suits the movement you want to train and the equipment available. Take time to find a setup and range of motion you can control comfortably.
Record the details you need to repeat it: seat height, grip, stance, and the range you’re using. Those details help you make sense of changes in reps and load.
If you alter your setup or range, note it in the log. You’re learning a different version of the movement, so judge the comparison accordingly.
